Vinegars & mustards
Our balsamic vinegars are amongst our most successful products. Few balsamics actually reflect the true qualities of this versatile product - but we have found a range that does: produced by a small family business in Modena, northern Italy. Its rich, sweet and tangy flavour combines with its opulent viscosity to make a balsamic vinegar that’s truly addictive (and entirely additive free). We believe our balsamic vinegar is of unrivalled quality.
We also offer a White Balsamic Condiment. Aged for just six months in new oak barrels, it develops the characteristic balsamic flavour, but remains clear, making it ideal for use with fish, salads and white meats. Our range of vinegars is complemented by a variety of premium quality wine, sherry, fruit and herb vinegars, including single varietal Merlot and Moscatel vinegars from Catalonia and traditionally made Sherry vinegars from Spain.
We also have a great range of mustards. Our intense, pungent mustard from Dijon has no preservatives in it whatsoever and is available in large 5kg tubs and 250g retail ceramic pots. Our Wholegrain mustard is very much stronger than the normal wholegrain mustards available in the UK, again with no preservatives - this mustard has good heat and a thick consistency.
