Our saffron has the highest Grade 1 of colouring and flavouring strength as laid down by the ISO, meaning that less is needed to achieve a good finished dish, making it very economical indeed. Take your pick, literally, from a 20g tin, a 5g ‘peppermill’ pot, a 1g cork sealed jar, a 0.5g hand - tied bunch or 4 x 0.125g powder sachets.
Smoked paprika is an increasingly popular spice. Our superior blend, known in Spain as pimenton, is available in 70g tins, hot, sweet or bittersweet, perfect for adding a little smokiness and a principal ingredient in paella. Our famously addictive Smoked Chilli Jelly is a pungent relish, made from Mexican smoked chillies or ‘chipotles’. Set with pectin, it is excellent for incorporating into vegetarian dishes and is great with cheese or pork.
Our breadsticks range from the pencil thin plain Pinzatelli to thicker more robust breadsticks with sesame seeds, rosemary, olive oil and black olives - good for dipping into tapenade or houmous.
