Sourcing and supply chain

We spend a lot of time tracking down the very best products, producers and growers. Our suppliers are mostly small, often family run businesses and we deal with over fifty of them across France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco and other regions of the Mediterranean. Some suppliers are inexperienced in supplying major markets, but rather than miss a great product, we’ll work with them to help them meet our demanding technical standards. It can be an effort, but it allows us to bring you products that would otherwise be unavailable.

We’re a major player in the region, we treat our suppliers fairly and we command good terms for volume and price.

Our purchasing team is constantly evaluating and rationalising shipping and transport costs to create savings and as a result, we believe that we can offer the best quality Mediterranean produce at the best prices.
