Production and facilities

Many of our products, such as our aromatised olives and distinctive olive mixes, are produced at our own facilities in North West London, using imported raw materials. All of our olive mixes are created by hand, which ensures that the olives arrive with you in the best possible condition and traditional recipes are used to ensure authenticity.

Whatever your needs we can meet them. We can mix, chop, blend and decant. From small batches to high volumes we can pack by hand or by using semi or fully automated lines capable of handling a variety of packaging formats. Having our own production facilities means that we can guarantee technical conformity and consistency in all areas. We hold the highest Grade A British Retail Consortium accreditation.

Our main facility in Park Royal provides us with 35,000 square feet of space; home to offices, production areas and a very organised storage facility. Our finely tuned warehousing systems mean that products are rotated accurately and can be picked efficiently for loading into our fleet of vans with the minimum possibility of error.
