We are renowned for our range of fresh pestos and pastes, used by a wide range of customers from major manufacturers to pizza chains, famous delicatessens and Michelin star restaurants.
Our basil pesto is made using PDO Genovese basil, organically grown in Liguria (the traditional home of pesto) and Italian Reggiano Parmesan. Our customers tell us it is the finest commercially made pesto available in the UK. Our nut-free red pesto is made from sun and semi-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and cheese. The green pesto is available nut-free.
Our special Rose Harissa seasoning paste is made from chilli peppers and a secret mix of over 40 herbs and spices with the unique addition of rose petals to slightly soften the chilli kick! Exceptionally fragrant, this versatile paste has a myriad of uses - a spoonful will liven up almost any dish.
Our olive pastes are made fresh to order from naturally ripened olives and our tapenades produced to a traditional Provençal recipe and packed in 90g jars.
