Produced by a small family business in Modena, northern Italy, its rich, sweet and tangy flavour combines with its opulent viscosity to make a balsamic vinegar that’s truly addictive (and entirely additive free). We believe our balsamic vinegar is of unrivalled quality.
We also offer a White Balsamic Condiment. Aged for just six months in new oak barrels, it develops the characteristic balsamic flavour, but remains clear, making it ideal for use with fish, salads and white meats.
