If you are looking to add a powerful aroma to risotto, we can supply dried wild cepes or as an alternative, try our wild mushroom mix, which provides a handy, traditional selection of whole, dried woodland mushrooms including boletus, shiitake, oyster and cepe varieties ideal for adding flavour to soups and stews.
We also have a broad range of truffle products; white truffle oil and black truffle oil as well as our white truffle and porcini cream – a smooth paste made from porcini mushrooms and white truffles from Alba – perfect for stirring through a risotto at the last minute before serving. Or, try our black truffle and mushroom salsa, a rich paste ideal for swirling through a sauce.
