Our saffron has the highest Grade of colouring and flavouring strength as laid down by the ISO, meaning that less is needed to achieve a good finished dish, making it very economical indeed. Take your pick, literally, from a 20g tin, a 10g pot or a 1g cork sealed jar.

Smoked paprika is an increasingly popular spice. Our superior blend, known in Spain as pimenton, is available in 70g tins, either hot, sweet or bittersweet, perfect for adding a little smokiness and a principal ingredient in paella.
