We have an instant couscous and an Israeli couscous – larger grained and made from milled wheat that is compressed and lightly toasted. Our traditional Moroccan Barley Couscous, unique to us, has a nutty flavour and aroma and grains that separate well.
Our famously addictive Smoked Chilli Jelly is a pungent relish, made from Mexican smoked chillies or ‘chipotles’. Set with pectin, it is excellent for incorporating into vegetarian dishes and is great with cheese or pork.
Our breadsticks range from the pencil thin plain Pinzatelli to thicker more robust breadsticks with rosemary, olive oil and black olives – good for dipping into tapenade or houmous.
We h ave selected Castelluccio lentils for our range – from Umbria in Italy, where they grow on the Castelluccio plain below the Sibillini mountains. Professed by many to be the finest lentils available, they retain their shape when cooked and have a superb nutty flavour.
