Capers & Cornichons

For both capers and cornichons size is everything – the smaller the better! Our capers are the finest grade available and are hand picked from wild plants, they are then packed in Champagne vinegar brine, ready to use. Our superfine cornichons have not been heat treated and remain as crisp and sweet as the day they were harvested.  They are also packed in Champagne vinegar and ready to use.
