Oils
We don’t carry the biggest range of oils but our knowledge of olives brings with it a great understanding of olive oils and what they have to offer. We aim to provide a cohesive range that offers an oil for every culinary purpose in a range of packs and sizes: from the professional kitchen 5L packs to 250ml drizzling oils for restaurants and retail outlets.
Our range of extra virgin olive oils includes regional varieties and styles: from light and fruity oils from Southern Spain to big peppery oils from Southern Italy. We have single varietal olive oils including Taggiasca, Coratina, Arbequina, from family producers in Liguria, Puglia, Catalonia and Umbria.
Our range of infused olive oils from France provides instant flavour kicks: from hot chilli to the intense summer tastes of Provençal basil and fresh garlic or the tang of lemon infused oil made with whole fresh lemons from Puglia.
We have a core range of artisan - produced nut oils, pungent truffle oils and a rare, light and nutty Argan oil from Morocco.
