The Fresh Olive Company's founders, George Bennell and Adam Wells realised that the sad tinned olives available in the UK weren't a patch on the olives of Provence. With the help of an old van in 1991, they began transporting buckets of fresh olives from Provence to London, where young chefs and trendy delis snapped them up. A little later they introduced a unique range of authentic aromatised Provençal olive mixes which firmly established their reputation.

Today, whilst the company has experienced various changes, we remain a dynamic business, distributing an extensive range of authentic, premium quality Mediterranean foods and ingredients, including olives, antipasti, vinegars and olive oils throughout the UK and internationally.

We take great pride in our expertise and personal service, being closely involved in every aspect of the supply chain. We invest with producers in France, Italy, Spain and Morocco, including organic olive groves in Catalonia and a children's school in Morocco, financed by our Argan oil sales. As category leaders for fresh olives in the UK catering and manufacturing sectors, our range includes over 150 personally selected delicacies, sold throughout the UK and exported around the world.
