Our antipasti are sourced from small, local producers in Italy and retain a freshness and quality that is exceptional.
Our semi-dried tomatoes, vine ripened and gently oven roasted in Southern Italy bring you a truly delectable, intense flavour combined with a succulent texture and colour.
We supply sun-dried sweet and sour peppers, grilled aubergines, fresh artichoke hearts with stalks, in halves, quarters or whole, roasted cardoncelli mushrooms and firm, succulent Piquillo peppers. Add to that our premium antipasto mix and the colourful Fantasia Antipasto from Italy and you have a range of antipasti that would satisfy the most demanding epicurean.
Our list of vegetable - based ingredients is essential for adding those perfect finishing touches to many dishes - from capers packed in Champagne vinegar, to caper berries large and Lilliputian, superfine cornichons, sweet garlics, preserved lemons and deliciously moreish borettone balsamic onions.
